Guide For Hostels : An Introduction

This is my first post and i would like to compose a few words regarding hostels. Hostels are a splendid style to see the world on a budget. From the cheapest to the more grand there is something to accommodate every liking and budget. The great thing regarding youth hostels is that tons of university students flock to them as they are cheap and joy so there is continuously plenty of student travelers around to get-together with!

In largely every other part… Continue

New "My Private Italy" Tour Itinerary Announced for December 2009

Check this out! http://www.slowtrav.com/cl/detail.asp?l=3906 This is our Slow Travel.com ad for our newest tour itinerary. We're going to include a cooking class and wine tasting on this tour, as we often do, because they are so popular. But this time, we are stahing Lucca, Tuscany for the first half of the trip. This gives us great access to Liguria, Tuscany and Umbria, all within easy drives. Come visit my Italy blog, too, at http://mbitalytour.blogspot.com

General Travel Question

If I take a trip to Europe next summer, do I have to buy Travel health insurance or does my US Medical insurance insurance cover me? I hope I won't need it, but I'd rather know this before I go. Thanks!

Alicante hotel?

My flight to Alicante, Spain was scheduled next week and I’ll be arriving at Alicante airport at about five in the afternoon. Do you think I can still have enough time to find a hotel to stay?
